The Headcase Design concept was originally established in August 2000, Its goal to produce a new type of carrying case that provided benefits over the traditional helmet protection afforded by the cloth string bag as given with the helmet when purchased. Which does not provide the kind of protection needed for such a lifesaving, expensive and delicate product. One of the problems occurring for racing drivers and riders at the time that inspired the product design, this was a change in, racing regulations.
Many of our first customers had small cracks or scratches on their helmets unfortunately they were being turned away from meetings unless they had a replacement helmet. Headcase provided these clients with a fast convenient way to transport safely to the meeting and be able to store their helmets, avoiding scratches and damage and expense. In return prolonging the life of the helmet too.
